The buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Conditions for returning goods
The buyer must return the goods:
• unused
• undamaged
• complete
• in their original condition
The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods if the goods were handled in a way other than what is necessary to become familiar with their nature and characteristics.
If returned goods show signs of damage, wear or use beyond normal inspection, the refunded amount may be reasonably reduced.

Hygiene reasons
Jewelry is intended for personal wear and comes into direct contact with the skin.
For hygiene reasons, goods that have clearly been worn or used beyond normal inspection cannot be accepted for return.

Natural gemstones
GEMORA jewelry is made from natural minerals and assembled by hand.
Individual pieces may naturally differ in:
• color shade
• stone pattern and structure
• minor variations in bead size
• slight differences in overall dimensions
These natural characteristics are not considered defects.
Each piece is unique.

Product photographs
Product photographs on the online store are illustrative.
Due to the use of natural minerals, individual pieces may slightly differ from product photographs, especially in color shade or stone pattern.
Such differences are not considered a defect and are not a valid reason for complaint or return.

Jewelry size
Bracelet sizes are stated in the product description.
The buyer is responsible for selecting the correct size when placing an order.
If the selected size does not fit, it is not considered a product defect. In such cases the buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal or contact the seller to arrange a possible size adjustment.

Return shipping
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

The buyer must send the goods back within 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract, unless the buyer and the seller agree otherwise.

Refunds
The seller will refund all payments received from the buyer, including delivery costs, within 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract, unless the buyer and the seller agree otherwise.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless agreed otherwise.
The seller is not obliged to issue a refund before receiving the returned goods or before the buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent back.

Exceptions from withdrawal
The buyer cannot withdraw from the contract in the case of:
• goods made to order
• goods modified according to the customer’s request
• goods that were inseparably combined with other items after delivery

Individual agreement
The seller always aims to find a solution acceptable for both parties. If necessary, the buyer and seller may mutually agree on an alternative solution such as an exchange or another form of resolution.
