Terms and Conditions
GEMORA
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”) govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer when selling goods through the GEMORA online store.

The seller operates as an entrepreneur based on a trade license.
2. Buyer
The buyer is a consumer or a business entity that concludes a purchase contract with the seller through the online store.
3. Conclusion of the Purchase Contract
The presentation of goods on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to conclude a contract.
The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller.
Before submitting an order, the buyer is obliged to check the accuracy of all entered information.
4. Price and Payment Terms
All prices are stated in Czech crowns (CZK).
The seller is not a VAT payer.
Available payment methods are listed during the ordering process.
Goods are shipped after payment is received unless agreed otherwise.
5. Delivery of Goods
5.1
Goods are delivered to the address provided by the buyer in the order.
5.2
The usual delivery time is indicated for individual products and is approximate.
5.3
For goods manufactured on request, the delivery time is determined individually by agreement with the buyer.
5.4
Delivery time may be reasonably extended in case of delays in the delivery of materials, components or other inputs from third parties beyond the seller’s control.
5.5
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to material unavailability, delays from suppliers or force majeure, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
5.6
In case of cancellation by the seller, the buyer will receive a refund without undue delay using the same payment method used for the purchase unless agreed otherwise.
6. Handmade Production and Product Variations
GEMORA jewelry is handmade and created using natural stones.
Each piece is unique and may vary in color, stone pattern, texture, shade or minor details of craftsmanship.
Product photographs are illustrative and represent the style of the product. Handmade jewelry may vary in length by a few millimeters depending on the diameter of stones, components and manufacturing process.
The stated size is approximate and such minor variation is not considered a defect.
Natural variations resulting from the properties of natural materials and handmade production are not considered defects.
By purchasing the product, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these characteristics.
7. Withdrawal from the Contract
The buyer – consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from receiving the goods without giving any reason.
Withdrawal from the contract may be sent by e-mail to info@gemora.cz.
The goods must be returned undamaged, unworn and in their original condition.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
The buyer must send the goods back within 14 days after withdrawing from the contract.

The seller will refund all payments received from the buyer, including delivery costs, within 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract.
The seller is not obliged to refund the payment before receiving the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.
For custom-made goods (made-to-order jewelry), withdrawal from the contract is not possible.
8. Use and Care of Jewelry
GEMORA jewelry is intended for everyday wear and requires careful handling.
To maintain the appearance and lifespan of the jewelry, it is recommended not to:
wear the jewelry during sports or physically demanding activities
wear the jewelry while bathing, showering, swimming, or visiting saunas or wellness facilities
expose the jewelry to prolonged contact with water, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, cleaning agents or chemicals
Natural stones, silver and gold-plated components may change in appearance due to moisture, sweat, mechanical stress or chemical exposure. This is considered normal wear.
Improper or inappropriate use of jewelry may shorten its lifespan and is not a valid reason for complaint.
9. Complaints and Liability for Defects
The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
Complaints must be submitted without undue delay via e-mail at info@gemora.cz.
Complaints do not apply to normal wear and tear, mechanical damage or damage caused by improper use.
Natural variations of natural stones are not considered defects.
Complaints will be processed without undue delay, no later than 30 days after submission, unless agreed otherwise between the seller and the buyer.
10. Custom Jewelry
The seller offers custom jewelry production based on the buyer's individual requirements.
Production conditions, price and delivery time are agreed individually.
Custom-made products cannot be returned and the contract cannot be withdrawn.
11. Personal Data Protection
The seller processes personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
Details regarding personal data processing are provided in the Privacy Policy document.
12. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective from 30 December 2025.
Rights and obligations not governed by these Terms and Conditions are subject to Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code of the Czech Republic.
The seller is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of purchased goods.
Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
The seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
13. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between the seller and the consumer that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution.
